Course Description

What can I feed my children during hot or cold weather? Which are the herbs safe for my kids to take? What can I cook to improve their immunity or growth? These are some common concerns we get from parents when it comes to taking care of children. Many parents are particularly interested in diet therapy as it is a convenient and safe way to support or improve children’s health. The “Functional Herbal Dietary Management for Children” class is specially designed by Chong Hoe Healthcare to cater to parents, caregivers, nannies or anyone who is interested in supporting children’s health and wellness the TCM way. You will learn how to apply herbal diet therapy for different weathers and body constitutions and how to support their immunity, digestive and growth. You will also receive a digital copy of herbal food recipes suitable for family, designed by Physician Ng Wan Jing aka The TCM Chef!
